We offer standard and expedited shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Yes. We use USPS First Class Mail for APO/FPO and transit times will vary depending on where you're stationed. Most packages are delivered within 1-2 weeks.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes. We use DHL Global Mail and international shipping can take anywhere from 7-14 days depending on your country.
What is this item's expiration date?
All of our items have a long expiration date with the average being 1-3+ years before the product reaches their expiration date, unless otherwise stated directly on the product page. For inquiries on specific product expiration dates, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why does the item's packaging look different from previous versions?
While we regularly update all product information and images, on occasion manufacturers may alter their products. Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and/or different information than that which is shown. We recommend that you do not solely rely on the information presented on our website and that you always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product. Are ice packs included in items that require refrigeration?
For items that require refrigeration, we place an ice pack in the package that should last for the duration of the delivery. However most of our items only need to be refrigerated after they are opened.
If an item is sold out, will you get more in stock?
When items go out of stock - its mainly because the manufacturers themselves are out of stock of the item. Restocking time will depend on how long it takes the manufacturer to complete their inventory, but generally you can expect a product to be back in stock within 1-2 weeks.
I can't find my order confirmation or tracking email.
Please check your email junk or spam folder. The emails might have accidentally been forwarded there. If you are using gmail, try checking the promotions tab.
Can I cancel an order after I had already placed it?
We can cancel orders as long as the order has not shipped out yet. Please send us a message at email@example.com and we'll cancel the order for you.
How can I track my order?
After your order ships out, you should receive an email with the tracking details of the package. If not, please check your spam folder for the email, sometimes it will get stuck in there.
Can I return my items?
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any unopened, unused item shipped by us for a refund within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to request a return, please ensure you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item, etc.), we will provide free return shipping. However, if your return is not the result of our error, you will be responsible for the return postage fee.
What should I do if there are items missing from my order, or if I received the wrong item?
Please contact us at email@example.com and we'll look into this for you. It's rare that shipping mistakes occur but we'll fix the issue right away including sending a replacement.
